Responsible Gaming

What This Page Cannot Do: an honest limit

You will not find an account here, and this page cannot switch on a deposit cap, a loss cap, a reality check, a cooling-off period or self-exclusion. Those controls exist inside an account, and this site has no account, no form and nothing that runs on a server to hold one. If you want any of them, you arrange them at the destination you land on after following an operator link, because that is where the account lives.

No one's age is checked on this page either, and no gambling happens here. Any age check takes place at the destination, not before. This site also carries no advertising or behavioural profiling network, so nothing on it is aimed at you because of anything you have clicked or played elsewhere.

Deciding Before You Start: a practical habit

Decide the amount you are willing to spend before you begin, and treat that amount as already spent the moment you commit it. This removes the pressure of deciding mid-session, when losses or wins can distort judgement about what is reasonable to risk next.

Never chase a loss by increasing the amount to recover what has gone. Chasing tends to turn one loss into a larger one, because the decision is being made from frustration rather than from the plan you set at the start.

Keep gambling separate from borrowed money. Money that is owed elsewhere carries obligations that gambling cannot be relied on to meet, and mixing the two turns a leisure cost into a debt problem.

Taking Breaks and Asking for Help: early action

Take breaks during a session rather than playing continuously. A short pause gives you a chance to notice whether you are still enjoying it or simply continuing out of momentum.

Involve someone else as soon as gambling stops feeling like entertainment. Raising it early, with a friend, a family member, or one of the organisations linked below, is easier than raising it after a much larger problem has built up.

Independent Organisations Linked From This Page

Every page of this site, including this one, carries links to three independent gambling-help organisations: begambleaware.org, gamblingtherapy.org and gamcare.org.uk. These are the only outbound links on the site that are not commercial. They carry no sponsored marking, they are set to nofollow, and they open in a separate tab on the organisations' own websites. This site receives nothing when a reader follows them.

Age Restriction and Operator Listings: what is repeated

The eighteen-and-over restriction is repeated throughout this site, including on the front page and at the end of every operator listing. Each of the ten operator listings also ends with the same line: check availability and the current terms at the destination before claiming anything, because eligibility rules and terms apply there and can change without notice. Everything you can actually do with money happens after leaving this site, once an operator link redirects you and the destination's own rules, checks and account controls take over.
